Veeriku Coworking Space is an innovative and eco-friendly coworking hub located in a cosy wooden house. The house is surrounded by a large garden in the Veeriku district of Tartu.
Our core values are collaboration, innovation, and sustainability, which guide our daily activities and long-term goals.
In addition to fast internet and comfortable workspaces, you can make use of the phone booth and conference room. If you need some fuel for creativity, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, aromatic tea, or a break in the cosy kitchen – all of this is at your disposal.
For relaxation and socialising, the house garden offers a sauna and a hot tub. For socialising, join our weekly barbecue and sauna evenings.

The flexible workspace (hot-desk) area is the perfect place for collaboration and a versatile office space solution.
In the flexible desk room, you can choose a suitable workspace each day. Each member has a personal storage locker. This is the most budget-friendly option.
Personalised desk
You can rent a personal workspace in the fixed-desk room.
Although this option is slightly more expensive, it offers extra convenience: a spacious desk and handy shelves allow you to leave your belongings organised to your preference, creating a stable and efficient work setup.
Meeting room
Our private meeting room is ideal for up to 8 people, offering a comfortable and inspiring environment for meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
The room has a large screen and whiteboard, making sharing presentations and visualising ideas easy. Whether you are hosting a strategy meeting, welcoming clients, or organising a team day, our space supports you in achieving your goals.

The meeting room at the Tartu coworking space is the perfect place for productive meetings and discussions.
The room is equipped with a whiteboard for visualizing ideas, a screen for presentations, and comfortable tables and seating for 8-10 people.

The coworking space offers a comfortable and quiet phone booth, perfect for private calls, video meetings, or content creation.

The kitchen, located on the second floor of the building, offers a convenient place for heating up and enjoying your meals. A large lunch table is also ideal for lunch meetings or socializing. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a dining table for 4-6 people. Its location on the second floor helps keep the office spaces free from food smells, allowing you to focus on your work.

Veeriku Coworking Space has been designed to be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Solar panels on the roof generate green energy, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
In addition, we have implemented an efficient waste-sorting system. Our location in the Veeriku neighbourhood is ideal, with convenient access to public transport and bike-sharing services to encourage environmentally friendly commuting.
The office design and sustainable choices for everyday living
In Veeriku Coworking, we use as many recycled, upcycled, and reused materials as possible. The goal is to create a comfortable office environment most sustainably.
Naturally, printing is available in the office, but we encourage a paperless workspace. If printing is unavoidable, please choose double-sided printing and recycled printer paper whenever possible.
The Green Corner is a shared office supplies shelf where you can find the office supplies you might be missing. You can also leave items you no longer need for others to use. Sharing economy is a great way to be kinder to the environment.
The kitchen and coffee corner are equipped with reusable dishes to avoid the use of single-use plastic and packaging materials.
The office is surrounded by a garden where it's convenient to park your bicycle or scooter. You can also charge an electric bike for the day. There are shower facilities available in the office.
The bus stop and bike-sharing station are just a 2-minute walk from the office.
